iPractice Apps

The iPracticeApps story so far.

iPracticeApps was launched to the Australian Accounting market in March 2016 and what a start it has been!! The team at iPracticeApps, Ron Drost, Kim Roche, Catherine Rennie and Harry Tanimena have been blown away by the 37 practices that have already come on board. Having previously been involved in developing the ATO Paper Buster (now owned by CCH), starting a new business 12 months ago from scratch was very daunting as it was just me on my own to start with.

We started with a vision to use our local knowledge (we are based in Melbourne) to bring to market an app that had so much functionality that it would become the go-to tool for your clients. The minute they wanted to make an appointment, change their address details, sign a tax return, check a calculator, read a Tax Alert or pay an invoice we wanted their first instinct to be to use your Practice’s App on their phone, which is always with them.

We have also launched a new module that links iPracticeApps to your existing compliance systems. The best way to explain it is imagine your client fills out the change of database form in your Practice’s App, as they hit submit we pass that information straight to iPracticeHub (our new module) and it is added as a job for the Admin team to update all your different databases.
